Here at CAT Orchard, our tithonia is quite simply glorious. Not much else happening in the winter, but this amazing plant is good for the soil (nitrogen fixing and biomass) and good for the bees when there is not much else on offer. This is also known as the Mexican Sunflower Tree - yes - a tree!
