I am an edible plant (flowers) designed to pep up any salad and deliver a knockout wow factor.  I just look gorgeous mixed in with salad greens. You can pull apart my petals to add me to a salad. Mix me up with some naturtiums for maximum wow factor.

Calendula flowers or just the petals can be used for culinary purposes. The leaves and petals of this plant are edible. The leaves are typically bitter and often are added to leafy salads. The fresh petals are used as a garnish or seasoning.
