I am a Grey Oyster Mushroom. I have an oyster-shaped cap and a very short stem.

I am a versatile mushroom with a delicate texture and a mild, savoury flavour I am easy to cook and add a silky texture to any dish. 

The best way to cook me is in stir-fries or sautéed. I am a great addition to pasta sauces or very simply pan-fried in butter and garlic.
